Q. How do I place an order?

• Go onto www.blurstore.com
• Click on BLUR STORE
• Select a category - Choose the product of your choice
• Select quantity and click on “add to cart”
• Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right side of your page to be directed to your shopping cart
• Click on check out after checking your purchase details
• Carefully enter your shipping address and other required details
• Enter any discount coupon code if applicable
• Check the final price {Shipping charges}. Select your payment options (Card payment)
• Fill in your payment details and your order is placed!
• You will receive your order confirmation on your registered email ID. If you haven't received it, be sure to check your spam.

Q. How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order would be delivered through reputed courier company BLUEDART at your doorstep.

Q. How will I know if an order is placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

Q. Do you take orders over phone?

No not yet

Q. Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD) facility?

No, we plan to introduce the service at the earliest.

Q. I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

• Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited.
• If your account has been debited after a payment failure, banks normally roll it back within 7 business days.
• The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

• If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with our team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.
• If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, it cannot be cancelled and the payment must be made.

Q. Do you allow exchanges?

Yes exchanges are allowed, however the product must be returned in the same state as when received within a week’s time.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

• We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking.

Q. What should I do if my payment fails?

• In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: 
Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
• If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on info@blurstore.com or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

If your product is in stock it will be received in 2-5 business days depending on the location.

Q. Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?

You can expect delivery of your order on Monday-Friday, excluding national and state holidays.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

No not yet but we hope to start soon.
