Shipping Policy

We, at BLUR know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and also at your expected time,
so we use well known couriers to deliver your products to you in the quickest time possible.

  • Depending upon the location, the product will be delivered to you within 2-5 days of the order placement.
  • Our shipping cost is standard for all over In which will be Rs 120
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded if you cancel/exchange/refund a part of the order.
  • We use reputed carriers like Blue Dart for shipment of our products.

  • Promo Codes/Coupons


  • Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
  • Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
  • BLUR reserves the right to cancel any promotional 'Promo Code' and the transactions in which they are used.

    RETURN & EXCHANGE


    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days from the delivery date to return your order to us for a credit note or exchange.
    We pass through strict inspection as regards to quality before we ship our products to our customers. We at BLUR, treasure our Customers and following our
    endeavor to maintain a lasting bond of trust. We have a very liberal returns policy.

    1) Do not accept the parcel if the main box is opened or hampered with.

    2) If you have any returns you need to inform us by sending us an email (info@blurstore.com ) mentioning why are you returning our product.
    Please ensure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
    For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the return box:

    3) Returned items must be in their original packaging. Items received must be unused (without the smell of perfume), not in damaged,
    discolored or worn condition. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. This would be subject to an internal check on receipt of the product and
    we shall process the credit within 2-3 working days of culmination of the internal check. Sale items are not in the range of return or exchange.

    4) Photo proof is needed in the cases of defective return. Kindly notify us on info@blurstore.com

    5) BLUR is not responsible for items lost or broken during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via a reliable courier service

    6) In the event that there is a price difference, we would give you the opportunity to pay the excess amount on our secure payment portal .
    In case the price of the product you want in exchange is lesser than the original product, in that case we will give you store credit for the remaining amount.

    7) BLUR reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice at its sole discretion.
    Should there be any dispute, BLUR’S decision will be final.

    DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURN


    1) Please contact our team via email info@blurstore.com with the defective item picture.

    2) In cases of defective return, BLUR will provide a replacement item if in stock or credit note which will be valid up to 1 month.

    3) BLUR will bear the cost of shipping incase of defective items.

    SIZE OR PREFERENCE RETURN


    1) Items returned for size exchange must be in mint, unused condition. BLUR reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests
    if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.

    2) Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of size issue. BLUR will be responsible for shipping fee of replacement.
    BLUR will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.

    Cancellation Policy


    You can cancel your order within 6 hours of the order being placed. If the order has not been dispatched, it will be accepted for cancellation.
    However, if the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation will not be approved.
